Light weekend read that leaves you chuckling and questioning how you can push your own boundaries. Jesse Itzler is a one of kind, who fibs his way into amazing situations and pushes the common boundaries that culture and personal fears set for the rest of us. He wrote the book about pushing his physical health boundaries with the help of a SEAL, but along the way he includes the other ways he pushes himself outside his comfort zone. That being said, through out the book there is a subtle theme that for each person there is a different comfort zone to step outside of. The SEAL is continuously testing his physical/mental comfort zone. Itzler, as the SEAL refers to him, tests social and business relations, along with this month long physical test with the SEAL to do 1000 push-ups. Both are impressed by the other’s abilities to test themselves but neither wants the other’s life. Each have fulfillment in going beyond the comfort of habit and home.

I would recommend to any sports fan or entrepreneur. Both my husband and I have laughed out loud reading this book.
