To be honest, I could not finish this book. I try not to write low reviews but trying to finish this book was a waste of time. The author writes in a vulgar swear-word happy way. She seems to enjoy tooting her own horn, which she apparently has only accomplished compiling other self-help books.
Within the first few chapters, I read nothing original. Very disappointing. If you read self-help you want something that changes your thoughts and world. This is not the book for that.
